Biographical Information

Over 20 years experience including field roles as project manager in structural steel and work in large scale heavy highway construction, asphalt production and site work as a laborer/equipment operator, estimator and operations manager. Currently a construction consultant/lawyer, mediator, arbitrator and neutral licensed to practice in Virginia and Kentucky. Previously served as Adjunct Faculty Member in the University of Kentucky-College of Engineering's Construction Engineering Management Graduate Program and as the General Counsel of a large transportation/bridge contractor with diversified interests in commercial building construction and construction materials production while also managing one of the company’s operating divisions and serving in overall company management.
