Biographical Information

Darren J. Duzyk

Over 30 years experience including field roles as project manager in structural steel and work in large scale heavy highway construction, asphalt production and site work as a laborer/equipment operator, estimator and operations manager. Currently a construction arbitrator/mediator, neutral and lawyer licensed to practice in Virginia and Kentucky. Previously served as Adjunct Faculty Member in the University of Kentucky-College of Engineering’s Construction Engineering Management Graduate Program and as the General Counsel of a large transportation/bridge contractor with diversified interests in commercial building construction and construction materials production while also managing one of the company’s operating divisions and serving in overall company management.
